Maintenance mode forces your site to show “offline” to visitors while you work.
Custom root domains work with older Hostish agents. Explicit subdomains require an agent with that hostname in HOST_ROUTES. Nothing is created automatically.
DNS note: TXT additions and changes may take up to an hour to become visible to Hostish. Some providers document longer full-propagation windows. While this dashboard is open, Hostish automatically watches unverified domains. “Auto verify when detected” is enabled by default.
Adding starts ownership verification. Linking is the final step and requires your Hostish password. New domain additions have a 30-second cooldown.
This creates only the exact hostname you choose, such as api.USERNAME.hostish.site. The exact hostname must already exist in HOST_ROUTES on your connected v19+ agent.
Change your password or delete your account.

Delete removes your username from the VPS database. Your PC files are never stored on the VPS.
